5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined). For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, winnings from that bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳10,000 in wagers.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A player may not claim a welcome bonus more than once.
- Bonuses are usable only on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
- 99bed reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
Please note: VIP members are divided into three tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). You can move up to a higher tier based on your activity.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on 99bed are operated on the basis of fair play. Each game has its own rules, which are available in the game interface. You are advised to read the rules of the relevant game before you start playing.
6.2 Technical Errors
Results or winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or system failure will not be considered valid. In such situations, 99bed reserves the right to make the correct determination.
6.3 Sports Betting
Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, any change in odds will not take effect. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
7. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

- Bonus abuse — such as repeatedly claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Collusion — attempting to defraud the platform by working together with other players.
If we detect any prohibited activity, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and all winnings in that account will be considered void.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Our Rights
99bed reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- A breach of these Terms.
- Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
- Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Upon instruction from a court, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency.
8.2 User Rights
You may close your account at any time by contacting the 99bed support team. After account closure, any valid funds remaining in the balance will remain withdrawable, subject to applicable verification requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
99bed strives to provide the highest quality service through its platform. However, we do not accept liability for the following:
- Games being interrupted due to internet connection issues or device problems.
- Transactions being delayed or failing due to third-party payment providers.
- Login details or an account being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
- Loss of bonuses or winnings cancelled due to a breach of rules.
In any situation, 99bed's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the relevant user.
